This programme provides a basis for each member of the trainee group to select and define individual goals, with Mike acting as coach, meeting on a regular basis to monitor and encourage progress towards personal and professional targets.
Ongoing evaluation is written into the coaching programme, so that clients and the commissioning manager can determine future development needs before the end of the programme.
Individual trainees must contract to this type of programme for a predetermined period of between six and twelve months to ensure productive outcomes.
